These Subscription Terms govern your access to the premium features of TOPi VPN. By subscribing, you agree to these terms along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Premium Features Include: Unlimited bandwidth for streaming, downloads, and browsing Access to high-speed VPN servers worldwide Ability to connect to servers in countries of your choice Hotspot VPN protection Private and incognito browsing
Free Trial Eligible users may access a 3-day free trial for a month and a 7-day free trial for the yearly plan Free trial grants access to all premium features. Each user or Apple ID can only use the free trial once. Subscriptions automatically start after the trial ends unless canceled before the trial expires.
Payment and Billing All payments are processed securely via Apple App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your account for the selected plan. Prices may vary by region and include applicable taxes or fees.
Auto-Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are applied to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage, cancel, or turn off auto-renewal anytime through your Apple ID account settings.
Cancellation Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your Apple ID account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to enjoy premium features until the subscription expires.
Refunds Refunds are handled directly by Apple under their App Store policies. TOPi VPN does not issue refunds directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
Changes to Subscription Terms TOPi VPN may update subscription terms or pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of significant changes and can choose to accept the new terms or cancel their subscription.
