Subscription and Payment Terms TOPi VPN offers the following subscription plans: Monthly: 3-day free trial, then $9.99/month Yearly: $39.99/year, 7 Days free Payment: All subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your account according to the selected plan. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID account. Refunds: Refunds are subject to Apple’s App Store policies. Please contact Apple for subscription refunds.
License and Intellectual Property TOPi VPN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only. All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including intellectual property rights, remain with TOPi VPN. You may not: Copy, modify, or distribute the App Remove any proprietary notices Use the App in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms
Privacy and Security Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. While we strive to provide secure connections, no VPN can guarantee 100% security or anonymity.
Disclaimers TOPi VPN is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service Complete protection against all cyber threats or online risks Access to all websites or services at all times You use the App at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOPi VPN and its affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for: Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Loss of data, income, or profits Any unauthorized access or use of your data
Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TOPi VPN from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms TOPi VPN may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which TOPi VPN operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
